Cut the stem
Cut surface: Flat and without damage
Length: For Grade A, B, and C fruits, keep 3 - 4 cm. For Grade DET and KEM fruits, keep 0.5 - 1 cm.
The cut surface is perpendicular to the fruit stem, and the cut is flat and without damage.
